Clutch safety switch?

hey,

-its been warm for a while in michigan (60's-70's) and some times when i go to start it when its been siting outside the motor doesn't even turn over like i didn't have the clutch in. i can ply w/ the peddle and get it to start but its just really anoying.
-if your oil presuer is a little high is this fatal to the motor like coventional piston motors or no.
-i recently removed my air pump from my car and now the main belt (only belt left) squeels like crazy. did i do this or what is it that i should do to get rid of this problem. yea, its really embarising to pull up long side of someone and rev it a little and have the belt squeele like nails on a chauck board.

Well check the switch to see if it's loose or corroded from that Michigan salt on the road.
How high is your oil PSI with the lousy stock gauge.
Get a new belt and tighten it or get a dual alt. pulley.

To last question, Solution is only to get a duel pulley. Any of the rx stores have em, even ebay.

I think most likely you just need to replace belt and get it tightened properly. if a belt squeals its prolly because its been frayed or is improperly tightened.

and here is clutch breakdown for ease of repairing clutch switch

he removed his airpump meaning he is actually missing a belt on the water pump. It slips very easy since its only touching the side and it has to turn the viscous fan.
