Clutch Question

over the last week my clutch pedal has been acting funny. there is more dead zone at the top and now the dead zone lasts almost to the floor also to switch gears now i have to pump the clutch pedal a few times. After a few pumps the correct feel returns to the pedal and i can shift gears.

Any suggestions?

ps car is a 91 n/a. 95k miles origanal clutch

ANY fluids on the ground were your parking, with the pumping you say you have to do, sounds like you could have air in the line, maybe a leaky line, or a bad master or slave cylender. just my 2 cents

well before asking any more questions you should stop and think.

1. is there fluid in the clutch master cylinder.
2. is the master or slave leaking? have they ever been replaced?
3. DID I SEARCH THE RX7CLUB at all?

check all fluids and replace the cylinders or do this ( FOUND USING THE SEARCH FEATURE):
