Question Clutch Question?

Well my friend and I just finished putting in his clutch and did everything that we were supposed to but the clutch pedal is still soft anyone know why that is like that?

Yea, we made sure that was done. I just asked someone and they said that it could be because there are more fingers on the pressure plate. But if anyone else might know what it might be tell me ok.

are you sure you bled the thing entirely? I had one HELL of a time bleeding my master/slave...had to eventually take the slave right off the tranny and tip it every which way with the vac. bleeder hooked up in order to get one last little bubble out the slave

how can i bleed my system? I have a prob with my clutch going soft after awhile if i sit there and pump the clutch 15 to 30 times i get full pressure back on the clutch pedal? why would that be? has any one come across that problem b4?
