clutch? problems

the clutch is slipping. can't go with too much power. it slips when the clutch is closed if you give it decent gas. is this the clutch? or the throwout bearing?

Assuming you haven't been messing with the clutch pedal adjustment,it is likely to be a worn clutch disc or a tired pressure plate(or a combination thereof).
