clutch pedal sounds

Ok, so my pedal was grinding a little bit. No problems and works fine, but in the middle of its play there is some grinding tension-like sound. I relate it to how when my bike's clutch cable was on it last string <- literally.

Well, yesterday I try greasing what I could of the pedal and found today the sound is coming from outside so I suspect the release cylinder although the shop put on a clutch master, i don't know what all they did. But anyway here is what I came up with.

Clutch pedal not functioning smoothly = pedal shaft not properly lubricated. Is the same thing the brake pedal has? Ya know, the pushrod that goes through the firewall, because I put some grease around that area.

And also,
Abnormal noise = poor lubrication of release clutch bearing sleeve, yea buddy a 4 word part description. So instead of locating the release cylinder and smearing grease everywhere, I turn to you guys as the manual tells me what it is and I rely on yous for the process.

I can't edit, but it occurs only when letting off the pedal and is more pronounced when doing it slowly.

I just dapped some grease on the back part but did not help.
