clutch pedal

well im in the middle of puttinh my car back together after a rebuild, i have a new clutch, refaced FW, new ss clutch line, new master and slave cyls

well when i bleed the clutch the pedal feels stiff but it is at least a full inch shy of coming back up all the way

any ideas?

could have a bad clutch fork i had the probmblem where the pivot ball wore where the clutch fork and it touched

i got the tranny out and both a ball and fork on order, any other ideas that it might be while the trans it out?
