clutch not fully releasing
I have an ACT 2600 in my TII, the pedal engages very low to the floor (like 1/8" off the floor) and if I rev it to ~6000rpm with the car in 1st the car will "creep" foreward.
needless to say, this is a pain in the ***.
The master cyl is adjusted fully and can't be adjusted further... is there any way to tell if the master/slave is going bad, or should I just replace them both? It seems like the pedal just needs a bit mroe travel, but there is like 1/2 the pedal where it doesn't seem to do very much (little resistance but not zero).
I had this problem last year, but I replaced my PP and release fork with different once that measured taller, as all 3 PP's and release arms that I had gave me a slightly different measurement.
I just want to fix this, but I don't want to replace the master and slave only to find out that it still has the same problem.

You still running the stock rubber flex line with the upgraded PP Daniel?
Either way, with or with out it it sounds like one of the 2 hydraulic componentes are taking a **** on you....
You've got spare no doubt....try swapping them and see what you get.

I actually don't have spares of the hydraulics, I did have but my friend had a busted-*** rx7 and ended up with a lot of my parts heh
I still have the stock rubber flex line.. where can I get a stainless one!

Here's the SS line...

I believe you *can* get rebuild kits or both the master and slave, but re-mans aren't that expensive from autozone or carquest.......been a while though and I can't recall the price.
edt: also, from my experience with heavy duty PP's, try the SS line before you rebuild the hydraulics, you'd be surprised the difference it makes.

I bought an SS line
put it in
clutch works just as shitty.
and yes, I bled it right
I think my master must be ****
the slave is definatly not leaking anything past the piston.
