My clutch is making noise in neutral and when in gear I would like to know what is the cause of this.

 

If you only hear it with clutch in then it's probably pilot bearing. Some say even after replacement you'll hear them but not sure. Mine does this for past year without any noticeable change but its only a weekend driver. I hear a whirring type sound with clutch in.
