Clutch Issue< whats the problem?

FYI: I'm running 410 whp and running a ACT street/Strip clutch on an 8# aluminum flywheel (maybe 12#, I forget). The clutch is new when I got the engine rebuilt as is the flywheel. The clutch will not hold, It will smoke hard on a hard launch. I have smoked it good about 3 times but I can smell it even when I don't smoke it but am on the gas hard. I do have a SS clutch line and the fluid is full. This seemed to start when I changed out the tranny fluid (coincidence?)

Here is my issue.

Hard to get into gear, any gear. (this is becomming worse)
Clutch feels spongey
Engages right off the floor
When I have the pedal to the floor and manage to get the car in reverse it starts moving.

Whats the deal?

Sounds like your hydraulic cylinders. It won't hurt to replace them, regardless as to whether they are causing the problem. However, it's probably the master cylinder not moving enough fluid to keep the clutch engaged.
www.nopionline.com has the set for around $50 + shipping
