Clutch Hydrolic noises...

Hi guys,

Last night i began to hear a fairly loud click when i pressed down the clutch pedal. It also sqeeks a bit as well. This morning the click was still there, however in the afternoon the click disapeared...??

The clicking seems to be comming from my slave cylinder. I got a friend to press the pedal while i looked and felt around the engine.

What does this mean and how can i fix it.

My car is a 1991 Rx7 turbo.

The only times I've heard a click while depressing the clutch pedal were when my U-Joint was going out...

Lube the pedal pivot, spring, and switches.
I use white lithium grease in a spray can.
It's also good for other body hinges, slides, and latches.
