clutch going and I want this...

My clutch is finally letting go and I figure it's a good reason to upgrade so I was thinking of a ACT 6 puck and mighht as well get a lightened flywheel so a 12 lb steel was the one I picked out my question is should I get aa new slave unit do to the stiffer pressure plate?

sounds like a good plan, I would't worry at all about getting a new slave unit, the stock one is fine. I would definelty buy a slave rebuild kit from Mazda or who ever they are $20.00 it come with a new spring, piston and rod.

No, that doesn't sound like a good idea.

ACT doesn't have sprung hubs, they're all solid. Solid hubs are VERY not streetable. You're better off getting a Sprung 4 than a Solid 6.

I ran an unsprung 6 puck copper disk in my last TII, not a big deal, not a joy to drive, but I wouldn't call it unstreetable.
