Question Clutch and Flywheel setup?

Hey, I have my engine out for rebuild and while its out Im replacing the clutch and pressure plate with a stock one. My question is this, if I replace the pressure plate and clutch with a stock one, can I put on a light weight steel flywheel (17lbs) or will I encounter problems with this setup?
Thanks

Sure...

I'd recommend changing the throw-out and pilot bearing (and seal) at the same time...

Its a kit jobby that I got, including the clutch disc, pressure plate, pilot bearing, and some "blue tube" What piece is the throw out bearing or whatever? Is that the same thing as the clutch release bearing?

Glad it will work, where do you guys suggest getting a flywheel from?
