Question Clutch fluid leak.

My '90 Rx-7 leaks clutch cylinder fluid. When parked fluid puddles on the floor (or ground) under the clutch master cylinder location. The master cyclinder reservoir gets at least partly depleted. HOWEVER, there's no noticeable leak in the vicinity of the master cyclinder.
I cannot see the source of the leak either in the engine compartment or below the vehicle.

I've followed the fluid line from the master cylinder to the transmission housing and cannot see the slave cylinder.

Does anyone have an idea of where the leak could be ?
Where would I be able to find the slave cylinder ?
Thanks.

It may well be leaking on the back of the MC, into the car.
Shine a flashlight under the dash where the clutch pedal linkage goes through the firewall and see if the fluid is on the inside of the firewall.

Thanks for your reply. I checked for leakage on both sides of the firewall in the vicinity of the clutch master cylinder and found it to be dry. Suspecting the possibility and effect of air trapped in the lines, I bled them. Now, several days after having driven the car I see no further evidence of leak. Will have to wait and see if this has cleared the original problem.
