I can't really get into the "terms" in which it was installed or sold to me.

BTW it is fora 1991 Coupe (non-turbo)

It is quite possible for it to be 3 months old.

Basically, look at it exactly like you would a tire. You don't want the individual grooves to be too thin/non-existent.

It looks fine to me. (But I would rather just purchase a new one).

When my tranny broke a year ago my clutch looked just like that (broken in, but not worn out).
It's probably good for another year.

My Autozone Clutch looked worse than that after only 4000 miles on it.

I don't have the spec., but just measure it and compare that to what it's supposed to be. That one doesn't look too bad to me.
