Clutch Disc ID?
I have this clutch disc I ordered and its been on the table for at least a year. I fit it to the flywheel and fit check the disc and pressure plate, but the disc seems oversized in overall diameter. I check a parts book and the flywheel and pressure plate match the book, but the disc has a different number. All parts OEM.
Disc: OEM Mazda N308-16-460A (is this for a Turbo? I have a 90 NA)

it's an odd number, according to mazdatrix it comes up as the correct non turbo disc.

and according to this website it is for a 12A turbo cosmo/929(which probably also used the older non turbo transmission).

i think the confusion is that we view the 83-91 non turbo clutches as the same, now, but in the beginning there actually were slight differences. For example the 83-85 12A disc had equal lining thickness on both sides, and the 84-88 13B discs are thicker on one side. so they have different part numbers.
it is likely the actual parts are identical by now, and actually some of the part numbers have changed too, the 9U nonsense is an add on, for example.
