Clutch Cable need help
Ok when i am at a stop i take off and i here a loud vibration sound, and i feel a vibration in my clutch pedal...i thought it was the throw out bearing at first...sounded like it has no grease, but a friend had the same problem with his stang, also when i race my clutch is set to release about the middle, after i finish racing the clutch is high, and its adjusted as far as it will go, so i am thinking the clutch pedal is streched...what do you guys think? If so where can i get a new cable, i called the local auto stores but they dont carry it, is this a dealer item only Plz i need some help.
Peace
Buddy
Oh yeah i have a clutchmaster stage 3 clutch, it is less then a year old.

There is not a cable on a RX-7. It is (as all proper sports cars should be) a hydraulic system.
There is no adjustment of a cable for the clutch as there is no cable.
Sounds like loose or bad U joint, or a over heated or worn out clutch.
*edit
or maybe a dirty (read greasy-oily) pressure plate.

Vibrations when you launch ? Check your motor mounts, Tranny mounts, Differential mounts... And your u joints on your driveshaft..
Jack up the REAR wheels, Secure it nicely with jackstands,, turn on the car and lightly put it into 1st gear and let the wheels spin... MAKE SURE THE FRONT WHEELS ARE BRICKED UP GOOD and you are on even ground
Look at your driveshaft, is it spinning perfeclty straight ? a little crooked?
My car vibrates now and I'm almost sure it's my ujoints offcentered/BAD...
just a thought..
***Green cannot be held responsible for your car running you over... If you are ran over by your own car comsense screaming until a neighbor kid hears you

i kinda had the same problem. the clutch felt kinda loose and sometimes it wouldn't go back, it would just stay on the floor. what i did was manually bleed the clutch fluid. theres this metal tube with a nut around it, just loosen up the nut, then add more fluid. there are also 2 other tubes, those are for the brakes.
