Question Clutch. Brake, And Gas Pedal Pads

The pedal pads on my 89 GTU are just about worn out and I need to replace them all. Anyone have suggestions on getting OEM or some performance pads. What will install and work on an FC?

Bert

I'm using a generic set of APC (huzzah!) pedal pads... they aren't the most beautiful thing in the world, but they're drilled and such so that your shoes don't slip off when wet. Damn fine pads, and they are really easy to put on.

Thanks for the comeback. Slippage is exactly why I need a new set. We have had a light snow here and when I got in my car today I could barely work the clutch due to my wet shoes slipping of the pedal. Did you order them or find them in a local auto supply store?

I found em at Advance Auto, I think, for like $15. They weren't the EXACT best, the only ones I found that I really wanted only came in automatic, for trucks even. They were drilled and had ripples and ****, all metal to keep you from slipping even a little. They were full pedals, not pads. Mine worked fine with my normal flat-bottom shoes (skateboarding shoes) but not so well with athletic shoes...
