Cluster Gauge

Quick question, I got my s5 FC about 10 days ago, and I've been replacing parts and fiddling around with a friend of mine who works on rotary cars, the thing is running great. Two things are left, that are bothering me. For one, since I got the car the head lights do not go down at all, I've checked the fuse, it's good and I've also tried to put them down manually with no luck. I also don't know if this is related but my cluster gauge lights do not come on what so ever, I've checked the fuses and they're fine. I'm not sure really what else to check with these two things beside the fuses and what not.. Any help guys? Pictures would also be a great help, Thank you guys.

Also, I just replaced my reverse lights and they do not work either, never have worked. I checked all the wiring and everything seems to be hooked up correctly, all my brake lights work and my license plate lights work as well.....

i have almost the same situation

My car has been sitting for about 4 months, The main fuse was blown and i just figured it out, I got it started up and my gauge lights dont work either plus my radio and windows dont work. I read on a post to check the light switch connections but im not sure where they are or how to do it. If you have found anything out on how to fix it you can reach me at brendonmayberry@yahoo.com
Thanks
