TX Clunking sound from transmission?!?!?!

O.k so I just installed a TII tranny into my TII engine swap (I was using the N/A tranny till it died on me). So I put a new clutch kit, pilot bearing and seal, Prolite Flywheel with the counterweight from ACT. And take it for a test sounds so smooth, so then I put it in Neutral and Rev it to like 7,000RPM and it made a lightly clunking sound from the front of transmission. I torqued everything down so I have no idea what could be wrong.

Need a little bit more details... did you rev it with the clutch in or out? Did you just rev to 7k and drop the gas pedal or ease off it? And are you ***100%*** sure you tightened everything down. When changing clutches, its always good to double and triple check that you tightened everything down correctly.

Yes Im sure I bolted everthing nice and tight, I guess if the sounds get worse I will have to take it under the microscope.

When I heard a clunking noise it was coming from the Drive shaft. Right before my front U-Joints went it it was clunking at low speeds. When the U-joints broke it took my transmission shift control case with it.

Try it both ways, clutch pedal down then clutch pedal up. If heard when pedal up, push the pedal down only slightly to see if the noise stops. That way you'll be checking the pilot bearing, T/O bearing and/or trans.
