Its starting to get warm and I want to close the valve on the heater core that has been open for the past year. I have 2 logicons that arent working for on reason or another. Can I manually close the valve without removing the dash? Can I power some wires and control it?.... like with the fan to controll it, I ran power and ground through a potentiometer to control the speed.

This is my project car so it doesn't need to be pretty it just needs to work.
