Also works wonders on FTP lenses did the same thing you did and used a dremel to polish it after. Looks good man.

 

I have plastx and tried it with decent results on a CD (it mentions it in the bottle, and I haven't removed my FTP lenses yet). Did you polish by hand?

BTW, excellent job for a first try. +1 regarding soapy water.

 

Yea I polished by hand. Couldnt find those drill pads at the store.
