That motor looks bad-***... I've never seen anything like it, really.

Maybe not 100% what I'd shoot for, but I've got to commend you for how basic and 'mean' it looks.

 

i am interested in the manifold as well..........did you just chop off the top of the runners before the 90 degree bend and weld a surge tank on???

Looks great man! I want to paint my engine bay and clean it up a bit... was it very hard? I was thinking of going white, but the car might be painted silver eventually... think that would look decent? or should I go black for the engine bay? I am mostly interested in how difficult it was though to paint and everything.
