cigg lighter wire constant?

Is the cigg lighter wire a constant wire? I can use the cigg when the cars off?

nope my cell phone never charges when the cars off the ignition has to be on,at least on an 86

no- but I wired mine so it is constant. It's nice and yet a pain sometimes.

does anyone know where a constant wire is? because I need it to run my stereo.. And i dont know witch wire is constant in stereo..

there is one with a brown connector from the stock stereo. its a single wire with a dual brown connector on it
