Chrome Flaking. Usable or not?

Hey Guys,
my housing appears to have some minor chrome flaking. It's on the lower side of the housing. Almost in the middle as you can see in the pictures.
I'm planning on rebuilding the engine and boost it to around 12 psi. It's a S5 Turbo2 engine.
