i want to buy a high performance chip for my 88 tII, i wanna see what u guys recommend before posting in the parts forum.

No, you don't.

You probably want either an SAFC-II, Rtek or standalone. Listing your actual goals and your current position will get you a much better response.

i remember around 5 years ago they came out with those HP chippy thingies on ebay, i almost was baited to get one at that time too if i wasnt learning about fuel and timing maps at the time.

The only "chip" is the silly ebay resistor that you put on the AFM that leans out your mixture a little bit.
