Checked my Rear dif fluid today (it had been leaking) Suprise!

It took about a half an hour to find a wrench that would fit the fill bolt

But when i got it off, I stuck my pinky in there and wooshed it around... brought it back out... dry...

well then...

Grabbed a quart of GL-5 and started fillin it up. The drain bolt has been leaking since I replaced the gear lube this march. Didn't think so much leaked out though. I did my best to tighten the big drain bolt, but I think I damaged the bolt more than I did tighten it.

Anyhow... I can't tell any big difference, doesn't make noise-- but then again it didn't before either.

Next weekend: fill tranny...again

Edit: heres me fixiating that drain bolt

..sooo wrong
