Very weird problem. I took the 7 to work today (check sig for mods). First long trip ever. It was acting funny, the idle kept cahnging and at one point the check engine light came on and was cutting fuel to the engine... Or screwing with the ignition.....
I popped the hood and the set screw on the TB had worked itself IN!! Not out but in.. I reset it and went on my merry way. Well then the check engine light came on and the car started running like absolute ***. I turned the key off and then back on (on the interstate) and the check engine light went off and the car ran fine.
I am going to put a lock nut on the set screw and see if that helps..
Very odd, that the ecu would reset and not hold the code just from cutting off the ignition...
Anyways I am on to seaching for how to check codes on an S5.. I will post back here when I fix the problem, whatever it is.

Its easy to check codes. If you are running no emissions, it takes a while since all the friggin solenoids missing will spit out a ton of codes.
I do find it amusing though that with like 12 codes stored in my ECU, the CEL light is not on. Lovin the 90's technology.
