how do i find the proable with the check engine light 89 rx7 vert

Not sure what you mean by "proable", but I assume you are asking how to check for error codes in an S5 vert.

ok i got the code its 34 - Solenoid, Bypass Air Control (BAC) Valve so how do i fixs this

First, make sure the BAC electrical connector is connected. If it is, unplug the BAC connector and put 12V across the terminals. It should click.

You can also measure the resistance across the two terminals and should read in the area of 10 ohms, I think. Just make sure it isn't zero or open circuit.
