Hey guys Ive been wondering if anyone has ever used valvoline VR1 20-50 racing oil in there seven (just bought like 4qt). most of the time i just mobile clean 5000 10-40 but since i usually take my 88 n/a to the races on the weekends i was wondering if its any good. i also daily my n/a. Most recent things ive done is a cone air filter, new o2 sensor and fuel filter, royal purple trans fluid with syncromesh fluid and tein springs on kyb struts.

I have been using it for the 4 years that we have been running our 7 in SCCA F Prepared doing sutocross but that is nothing like track days or club racing. Have seen minimal dirt on oil changes, no grit whatever. I do however use premix with no OMP on the car.
