i just replaced them and the trailing plugs looked perfect like if i would have scraped off the carbon they would have looked new so i almost put it back in

i then pulled the leading plug at it was completly shot the grounds where worn way back (huge gap) the sides of the grounds where cloged with carbon and the electrode was worn way down.

this was the same with both rotors is this normal?

or could some thing be wrong?
