Ceramic Coating turbo manifold
Hey. I was thinking about doing a turbo swap. Moreover, I was thinking about having the exhaust manifold, downpipe, and intercooler piping (I'd be going FMIC) ceramic coated. I was wondering though, would this actually do anything performance wise, or just make stuff look nice?

idealy its supose to retain heat so cold air inside wont be heated by warm air out side and vice versa but ive only read about it and the one thing that i remember that was negative is it can crack from the metal expanding but id be interested to hear more positive or negative feed back on this

ive heard on the exhaust you want hte inside, if you just get the outside then the metal superheats and you dont trap the heat in the exhaust flow, but in the ehxuast manifold itself and it cant let it through the outside
what you want is to lock it inside and make sure the inside is coated with a strong enough application to survive 1600-1800 deegree rotary exhaust
