cell me what these lines are

well my car has been leaking some type of fluid so I took of the under tray and I found this




chould some body tell me what those two lines are. I think they are power steering lines but I want to make sure. and because they are broken chould some body tell me how to fix them. this is my DD so I want it to have power steering so dont tell me to just make it manual steering.

Power steering Lines..You can just LOOP the line.Use a piece of Gas line,and some FUEL INJECTION Clamps...(the steel lines that are in your pic go From the Rack to the Front of the car and then Return to the Pump.The line isn't Under heavy pressure)

Yup, PS lines.

As popular as depowering the steering rack seems to be it should be easy to find used ones in good condition.

do I have to keep the line going in front of the oil cooler? and how whould I go about removing the lines? whould I have to take them off at the pump or chould I just cut them.

You said originally that the PS is going to be retained.
If so, just undo the bad line and replace it...no cutting required.
