Cd player replacement

How the heck did you all get a real cd player to fit in that massive hole and look good. I would like to see some pics of what u guys have done to replace the stock cd. thanks

Also a little off topic but do i really need to keep the cold temp. starting assit fluid full or does the car not really need that??

I buy an installation kit from Circuit city for around 18 bucks. But thats if you buy a regular 1 din Cd player, the installation kit should fill up the empty din.
