Red face Catback Exhaust Question (searched )

I m thinking to get apexi n1 dual catback for my t2

the pipe size listed on the website is
65mm-(60.5mm-65mm) x2; 90mm x 2

question:
1) Would i experience boost creep with the above pipe size ? do i need to port the wastegate?
2) do I need FCD?

Car is completely stock

thanks

with only a cat back, you probably won't see boost creep...but there are the variables of how clogged or not the stock system you're running now is, and whether or not its TRULY stock.

I would install an FCD just in case and keep an eye on the boost gauge...meaning an aftermarket one (hint hint -hehe)...to make sure you don't go over the stock fuel capabilty.

Plus an FCD won't be money wasted at all if you plan to do even one more thing to it....like a TID or downpipe.

well its not a bad idea even with the catback to upgrade the fuel pump, chacnes are your stocker is worn pretty good anyways.

But for me, boosting my old setup at 10psi I was running a walbro 255 pump....
