MO CAS trigger edge versus TDC

Trying to understand how stock ECU/PFC interprets CAS signal, are they using rising or falling edge, where is the point on waveform the ECU thinks the TDC is right now?

Does anyone have combined waveforms of CAS signal versus Spark on locked to 5ATDC or 0ATDC timing?
