cars been sitting for a month...

My parents took the keys to My TII away and it has been sitting for a month. They wouldn't even let me start it. It has been about 3 months since the last oil change so im assuming that I should change the oil obviously. Other then that is there anything that I should do? Also is it bad for a car to just be sitting there and not started? thanks.

I personally think its good to start a sitting car at least twice a week if possible. Just to get everything moving and warmed up.

My car was sitting for 6 1/2 months one time and it started up without a problem.
