Will the carpet from an 88gxl fit into an 86gxl? And has anyone bought carpet from auto-interior.com? Im thinking of buying a kit from them.

 

Well if one has a back seat and one doesn't, you'll be missing material for around and behind the cargo bins. If they are both the same then, yeah, it'll fit.

Never bought a carpet kit from there......I got mine from Keystone.

 

Bought mine from 1aauto.com great stuff like $120 gets rid of any stink the car has from getting in with wet feet all the time

 

I've always wondered if the coupe carpet would work in a vert. I know its all different behind the seats, but beyond that does it fit? I need new carpet like crazy.

 

The front carpet goes from under the dash to right in front of the bins. Then theres the rear carpet. So it should work for the verts unless theres something differently placed in them. Not sure though, I havent been in a vert in a couple of months.

 

A coupe carpet won't lay right behind the seats. It can be made too look okay, but not factory.
