like the title says, got me really curious...

my car is running some holley carb (please dont argue the car came like that) and a leaking big exhaust. I installed the manual choke cable and the car is almost good but the strange thing is when i was driving home tonight after the car is warmed i forgot to open up the choke all the way and... it was about 3/4 open and the car WOULD NOT rev pass 3k and sounded like crazy farting... like someone ate the wrong can of beans.... weird, then afterwards i opened up the choke all the way and the car runs more normal, now i am paranoid if i damaged something or not.... -=(...

just like to know if any carb experts out there have a clue what happened to my car tonight.

yeah the car is carbed distributor less, omp less, so its premix, and running coilpacks. Don't know if that helps. thanks again.

 

engine gettin too much gas..you were chokin the Carb..suckin in fuel..and it turn she bogged..You turned off the choke and she ran fine,right?..the downfalls of a Manual Choke..(remember to "turn the choke off"..)
