Car Wont Start.. i think its flooded

I turned the car on twice today to move it around the driveway to let others by. when i went to start it for work, i motor spun fast without the sputter noise. just spinning..... the rpms jerk very little and it smells of gas but ive never heard the motor spin this fast before when the cars been flooded... any ideas?

SEARCH NEWB SEARCH! lol i did the search thing and did the EGI thing and now the wankel is back making cloud of smoke all over miami.... the only thing not mentioned about the EGI Fuse Technique is that you must let it sit in order for the gas to settle.. thanks i guess? talking to myself at 3 am est lol
