my rx7 has been sitting in my garage for about a year. i've been turning it on every now and again but lately i havent done so. its been about 3 months since i last cranked it. my daily driver just broke the other day and i've saved enough money to start fixiing it. i tried cranking it today but it wont. not sure if my car is flooded or seized. car makes like a wooing noise when i try to crank it then stops for a second and makes the wooing noise again. any help?

 

Have you tried to de-flood it? If it is cranking it's not seized; that wooing sound is probably a dead battery trying to crank the starting motor. Try a new battery and try to de-flood it if the battery doesn't work.
