car wont start :(

i just did a t2 swap and my engine isnt running. it is a 88 GTU with a s4 jspec motor and a n333 ecu. when i first tried to start it it had no spark from the leading ignition coils, but i fixed that. once i fixed that problem i tried to start it again but it still wouldnt start. it seem like my motor isnt getting any gas, but my fuel pump is working. i just got new spark plugs and when i took them out of the block to see if it was flooded (i thought it was flooded) they didnt smell like gas, so i dont think there is any fuel going to my block. Is there any other way to check if fuel is going to the block? what might be the problem for it not getting gas? or any other problem for it not starting. the motor does turns over and doesnt start.
thanx barron

There is a yellow two wire plug on the passenger side of the harness that you can put a jumper wire in with the key in the on position to pressurize the fuel system. Do that and listen/feel the fuel lines to see if it is pressurizing.

the fuel lines do pressurize, if the spark plugs dont smell like gas does taht mean its not getting gas? could it be my injectors that are failing?
