Car wont start

Ok yesterday I put my intake back on the engine of my 87 n/a because the pulsation damper was leaking and the injectors were bad I put everything back on and charged the battery and tried to start the car and it wont even turn over it has only done this once before when I had the intake off I was testing the damper so I turned it over a little and then tried it again and it wouldnt even turn over and it itsnt even clicking at all not even trying. If you could help me out I would appreciate it.And I know that the battery is hooked up correctly because all the lights are on.

Thanx Justin

Maybe a weak connection in a primary cable.
Try to crank it, then check for a hot spot in the battery cables.

Does the voltage drop when you try to start?
