87 na. Went to start it this morning and the wierdest thing happened. It started fine and I forgot something shut it off ran upstairs and went to restart it and nothing. I can tell that when the clutch is pushed down that it trys to start but no clicking from the selinod and no turn over. I replaced the battery hoping that that would help but it didnt. Any thoughts.

After I started it once and shut it off the other day. I heard some clicking from under the hood. It was fast clicking. Please Help me, help me, help me
It is my daily driver and I need it to run. Any ideas at all would be appriceated. Even if is to check the blinker fluid. And yes I know that that doesnt exist.

You probably flooding your engine by running it for a short time and shutting it off. Search for "unflooding procedure".

i think you flooded it aswell.....after all, im an expert at flooding mine =)

 

thats not the problem because it's not that it wont turn over i cant get anything. no crank no nothing. I turn the key and everything is normal sounding but the engine does nothing. Silence.

 

Do you hear an audible clicking from the starter? If so, get a rubber mallet, jack up the drivers side of the car and give the starter a few solid hits and try starting it.
