Car wont go into gear while running....

Ok hears my deal..... just installed a twin disk clutch and flywheel and after the whole install i bled the clutch and all but i can get it in gear while the car is running, the car did go into gear on jackstands but was tough.... ive checked the slave cylinder and while someone is stepping on the pedal it moves the fork about an inch.
Im pretty sure i put the disk in right as well, i put the flat side facing the motor.

From what ive been reading on other threads they say its probably the throughout bearing, my throughout bearing worked fine before the clutch job so i thought it wouldn't be it..... just want to hear what u guys think about the situation and see if yall are 100% certain it my throughout bearing is bad b4 i drop the transmission again thanks

Its impossible to invert the clutch disc by mistake, it wont fit, so no worries there. Did you check you pilot bearing? It muight be shot and when you removed/reinstalled the tranny some "shrapnel" got stuck. Otherwise, the release bearing, did you put it back in?

could be a few things, broken clip in the clutch fork, worn out pivot ball, pilot bearing. The clutch pedal might need to be adjusted as well.

Is your clutch fluid clean? If dirty, they need to be rebuilt.

adjusted the pedal, fork moves more then half an inch with pedal adjusted..... never touched the throughout bearing nor saw it.... im assuming its still there lol so now im pretty sure its the pilot bearing but i found a post from a while back with a temp fix for a bad pilot bearing in that u have to pull the ebrake up, put it in first while in on the clutch, and crank the car till it starts then rev it up to 4k or so with a load with the car not moving. I will probably be trying this tomorrow because the hydraulics are holding pressure fine and the slave piston moves freely

The pilot bearing breaks if you use bolts to pull on the trans btw.

Its really not when you have the right puller. Other wise, just cut it in half with a dremel. Takes 5 minutes tops when the tranny is out. And lesson learned I hope, always replace everything that is usualy inaccessible when you have the chance. It may cost a bit more in the present, but in the long run you save on time and/or money...Or as I like to say, "cheap will bite you in the ***."
