Well for the first time in a long time I am stumped with a problem on my car. If there has ever been something wrong, I could figure it out. Right now, my project is wrapping up. The car is.....was and 87 SE 4 lug. I rebuilt an S5 spec, bridged it, Zeal PNP standalone, yadda, yadda, yadda. The simple problem is I cant get the car to crank. MY clutch switch is good, starter is good, good engine/starter ground connections, and so on. I press in the clutch, turn the key, everything comes on but the car doesnt crank. Another weird thing is my Apexi boost controller doesn't turn on either with the key turned on acc. The brown and black wire for the ground that the boost controller taps into has no ground connection. I hooked my DMM to it and chassis ground and there was zero continuity, this may or may not have something to due with the car not cranking. I recently put an Autopower 6pt bolt-in cage as well. I lifted the carpet to make sure when I intalled the cage I wouldnt drill though any wires. I am thinking I may just build a wiring harness using only the ecu plugs for the megasquirt. Any suggestions would be helpful and appreciated.

 

Well it sames like u know what your doing but for ***** and giggles did u try to bypass the key and all to just connect power right to the starter solenoid to see if it works and make sure u have enof power going to the solenoid because u might only get a small amount not enof to activate the solenoid.
