ok well i am lookin at my friends 1990 t2 up here in canada 136,000 km 17 inch rims boost controller full exhuast short shift nice stereo red with black leather its a beautiful car.
well that is all good but he left it at his parents house wen he lost his liscence and left for university so it sat for like 3-4 months and now it wnt start nemore it jst turns over and nothin i was wondering if neone knew wat the problem was ive heard apex seals but i dnt know all i know is it was fast b4 and now if neone knows the problem and can give me an estimate on price to fix ?

by the way im gettin it $2000 cnd hehe cuz he doesnt know nethin about rotaries so any info wud be great

 

It's probably just flooded. Do a search for the full unflooding procedure.
