How many miles is on the car? If the car has alot it is probably low on compression do a compression test It is likely flooding. To unfllood it pull the egi inj. relay out of the fuse box under the hood and crank the car for about 10 sec. then put the fuse back in and start the car. You may also need to run a fuel cut switch

Define crank, please. In these parts if you say it won't crank, that means the starter is not turning over. It seems in other parts of the world, not cranking means the car does not start when the starter is engaged.
