I havent started my car in over a month, I changed the spark plugs and oil and new battery also. Now the car turns but is refusing to start, it sounds like it wants to start but it isnt wanting to turn over. We have also tried many attempts to unflood it and tons of white smoke coming out the exhaust, taking out the spark plugs and the EGI comp fuse and cranking it, im having no luck. I need help, please. Any info will be greatly appreciated.
