car stays running after shut off

ok, recently I installed larger injectors in my 87NA and ever since the car takes 3 seconds after I turn the ignition off to totally shut down. Also I recently installed an electric fan. My car does not seem to run rich or anything but I just want to know whether or not I must be careful with this situation.

Sounds like if it is still running after shut down you have one of two problems...

1. the ignition switch is bad or sticking (not likely)

2. the motor is running way too rich and is doing the rotary equivelent of Dieseling.

Why did you put in larger injectors? the stock ones are more than fine for up to 250HP, which I doubt your NA motor is putting out. If the computer did not get re-programmed for the larger injectors you are surely running too rich.
