car seems to have serging idle problems but...?!11

I got bored and finally took the car out for a drive, noticed the car started boosting again (only like 1/3 of the gauge though),

I also have a tps issue (I think), it serges between 1k~1.5k when it's cold, when it's warmed up seems to idle between 1.3k~1.6k,

but while I was driving I got a lil warm so I blasted the a/c and came to a stop, suddenly the car idled (I'm used to hearing the serging) , seemed to idle around 1500 rpms ish

other information I'll add, I've recently had the vacuum lines all redone, I also broke a few selinoids (all were replaced from a 10th anny turbo, from a mechanic that owns B&B racing, I was told it'd work)

I also have a FCD, because of a aftermartket downpipes and Apex-I exhaust system

I'm out of ideas for now, other then to retune my tps again when I get the chance any input would be helpful!

Everyone seems to think that setting the tps will solve their idle problems and then gets upset when it doesn't. Yes, you need to set the tps to spec, but then you need to go back and set the idle speed. So, ground (or short) the initial set connector and adjust the idle speed to 750. While you're at it you might also want to check the BAC to make sure its working properly and is not stuck.

Well I know tps isn't the answer to all my problems but it's the only thing I know at this point but thanks for the input

but now my question is do I leave the a/c on when I ground the initial set connector to adjust my idle speed? (so it's stable)
